ဆြမ္းေမႊးၾကက္သားေၾကာ္/Deep Fried chicken wrapped with pendan leave


ဒီဆြမ္းေမႊးၾကက္သားေၾကာ္ကို အသားသိပ္မစားေသာ သမီးေလးက ႏွစ္ႏွစ္ျခိဳက္ျခိဳက္စားပါတယ္။ ဒီၾကက္သားေၾကာ္ရဲ႔ထူးျခားခ်က္က အသားေလးမ်ားေတာ္ေတာ္ႏူးျပီး စားတဲ႔အခါ အသားထဲ႔က ရနံ႕ေလးက ေတာ္ေတာ္ေလးေမႊးပါတယ္။ ဘယ္လိုေၾကာ္မလဲၾကည့္ရေအာင္

My daughter, not much of a meat fun dearly loves this fried chicken. Nice, different, unusual fact about this fried chicken is that its’ inviting smell when you unwrap the pendan leave once it’s cooked. Let’s take a look how it is done.


ပါဝင္ပစၥည္း(၁ပြဲစာ)
-ၾကက္သားအသားခ်ည္း ၅၀၀ ဂရမ္(အတုံးေလးမ်ားတုံးျပီး)
-အုန္းႏို႔အႏွစ္၅ဇြန္း
-ၾကက္သြန္ျမိတ္ လက္ႏွစ္စစ္ခန္႕ေထာင္းျပီးသား
-စပါလင္ လက္ႏွစ္စစ္ခန္႕ေထာင္းျပီးသား
-ပဲငံျပာရည္ၾကည္
-ၾကက္သြန္ျဖဴ၊နီ ေထာင္းျပီးသား ၂ဇြန္းခန္႕
-ဆား၊ ၾကက္သားမႈန္႕
အထက္ပါတို႔ကိုေရာေမႊလိုက္ပါ။

Contents(1 serving)

-Chicken breast 500g(chop into a medium size pieces)

-Coconut Cream 5 tbl spoons

-2 spring onions chopped and pounded

-2 lemon grass chopped and pounded

-light soy sauce

-2 tbl spoons of pounded garlic and onion

-salt and chicken powder

Mix them all the above ingredients

ၾကက္သားထဲ အရသာမ်ားဝင္ေစရန္ မိနစ္၃၀ ေလာက္ႏွပ္ထားလိုက္ပါ။

Let it marinated by leaving it for about 30 minutes.


ျပီးတဲ႔အခါမွ ဆြမ္းေမႊးရြက္ေလးမ်ား( pendan leave)  နဲ႔ ၾကက္သားအတုံးေလးမ်ားကိုထုပ္လိုက္ပါ။ သြားၾကားထိုးတံေလးမ်ားနဲ႔ မေျပလာေအာင္ထိုးထားလိုက္ပါ။

Then wrap the chicken pieces with pendan leave. You can use the bamboo tooth pick to secure the wrap.

  
ဆီျမဳတ္ေအာင္ထဲ႔႔ျပီး မီးအေနေတာ္နဲ႔ေၾကာ္လိုက္ပါ။

Deep fry it in a medium heat.

  

အသားေလးမ်ားႏူးေလာက္ျပီးဆိုရင္ ဆီစစ္ထားပါ။

Once the meat is softly cooked then dry up the oil by placing it on top of the kitchen tower.

 

စားတဲ႔အခါမွ ဆြမ္းေမႊးရြက္ေလးမ်ားေျဖျပီး Sweet Chilli အခ်ဥ္ေလးနဲ႔ပူပူေလးစားသုံးပါ။

Unwrap the pendan leaves when eating with sweet chilli sauce or suki sauce.
