မိန္းမေတြက တသက္လုံးသူတို႔မစားသမ်ႇ ေယာက္်ားရမွသူစားခ်င္ရင္ျဖစ္ေအာင္လုပ္ျပီးေကြၽးခ်င္ၾကပါတယ္။ အိသက္အေဒၚတေယာက္ဆိုအပ်ိဳတုံးက လုံးဝ ငါးမစားပဲ သူေယာက္်ားရေတာ့မွ သူ႔အိမ္မွာေန႕တိုင္းေရသတၲဝါဟင္းတမ်ိဳးပါ ပါတယ္။ တကယ္အျဖစ္အပ်က္၊ အိသက္လဲ အဲလိုပဲ အမဲသားဆိုသူၾကိဳက္လို႔လိုက္စား၊ ခုဒီဝက္ေျခေထာက္စတူးလဲ သူစားလို႔လိုက္စားေပါ့။ အေမ့ကို ခ်က္နည္းေမးတုန္းကေတာင္ သမီးစားလို႔လားလို႔ေမးခံရေသးတယ္။ ထားပါေတာ့ေလ ေျပာခ်င္တာကအိမ္က ေယာက္်ား အၾကိဳက္ပါလို႔။

When women got married, they really like to cook for their husband’s favorite against their lifelong dislike. One of my aunts did not like any fish dishes at all when she was single but now in her daily arrangements for food includes one of the seafood dishes as per her husband’s front runner. Yeah, that was true story now I am eating beef because of my husband and also this Pork hook stew. I got asked when asked to my mum about the recipe that, “do you really eat these?”. Let it be, all I meant was this stew is my husband’s favorite.

အိသက္က Pressure cooker နဲ႔ခ်က္မွာမို႔ ေရစင္စင္ေဆးျပီးသား ဝက္ေျခေထာက္မ်ားကို အိုးထဲထဲ႔ျပီးပဲငံျပာရည္အေနာက္ ၁ဇြန္း၊ ပဲငံျပာရည္အၾကည္ ၁ဇြန္း၊ ဟင္းခ်က္ဝိုင္ ၂ဇြန္း၊ five spice powder တဇြန္း၊ သၾကား ၃ဇြန္း တို႔နဲ႔ ဆုပ္နယ္ထားပါ။ မိနစ္၃၀ေလာက္ ထားလိုက္ပါ။

Contents
500g of pork leg (not hook, hook included)
1 tbl spoon of dark soy sauce
1 tbl spoon of light soy sauce
2 tbl spoons of cooking wine
1tbl spoon of five spice powder
a bit of cooking oil
3tbl spoons of sugar
sliced onion (half), 3 pounded garlic segments
2tbl spoons of ginger
pepper
salt, chicken powder

As I will be cooking in a pressure cooker, put the thoroughly washed pork leg into the cooker, then mix them with light and dark soy sauce, cooking wine, five spice powder and sugar. Let it marinate for about 30 minutes.

ျပီးရင္ ဆီနဲနဲ နဲ႔အိုးကိုအပူစေပးျပီးဝက္ေျခေထာက္ကိုလုံးပါ။ ပုံပါအတိုင္း သၾကားမ်ားအရည္ေပ်ာ္ျပီးဖ်စ္ဖ်စ္ျမည္လာပါမယ္။ အနံ႔လဲအလြန္ေမႊးလာပါတယ္။

After heating the cooker with a bit of oil, add the marinated pork leg and stir it thoroughly. As shown in picture, the sugar will melt and cause the sizzling sound. And you will get a inviting smell as well.

အဲဒီအခ်ိန္မွ ၾကက္သြန္နီ၊ ျဖဴ ၊ဂ်င္း ထဲ႔ ျပီး ၁မိနစ္ခန္႕လုံးကာ ေရ၁လီတာခြဲခန္႕ထဲ႔ျပီး မီးအေနေတာ္ထားကာ၁နာရီခန္႕ေပါင္းလိုက္ပါ။ ေအာက္မကပ္ေစရန္အိုးကို လႈပ္ေပးပါ။ အသားေလးမ်ား ႏူးအိေနျပီဆိုရင္ ငရုတ္ေကာင္းေလးခပ္ျပီးစားလို႔ရပါျပီ။

Let the cooker cooks it for an hour after adding a minute mixing of 1 and half litre of water, onion, ginger and garlic. Move backward and forward the pot in order to have balance heat. Once the meat is delicate, sprinkle the pepper to be served.

(Chinese Dry Mushroom can be added if you like just before the meat is soft and delicate.)
