ဝက္နံ႐ိုးမုန္႔ေျခာက္ကပ္ေၾကာ္/Deep fried pork ribs coated with dried cakecrump


အေမက အစားအေသာက္လုပ္တာကြၽမ္းက်င္သူပီပီ အစားအေသာက္ဆိုလဲ သူစိတ္တိုင္းက်မွစားပါတယ္။ ဒီဝက္နံ႐ိုးေၾကာ္ဆိုလဲ မုန္႕ေျခာက္မႈန္႔ကပ္ထားမႇစားတယ္။ အေမနဲ႔ အျပင္မႇာထြက္စားၾကရင္ Yuzana Centre ကစားေသာက္ဆိုင္မွာပဲစားပါတယ္။ အဲ႔ဒီဆိုင္က ဝက္နံ႐ိုးေၾကာ္ ကအေမ႔အၾကိဳက္ မုန္႕ေျခာက္အမႈန္႔နဲ႔ေၾကာ္တယ္။ဘိတ္ခ်ဥ္ေလး လဲေကာင္းတယ္။ ယုဇနဦးေဌးျမင့္နဲ႔ဘာမွမေတာ္ပါဘူးေနာ္။ေတာ္ၾကာ ေၾကာျငာ ဝင္တယ္ထင္မွာစိုးလို႔. အေမၾကိဳက္တာကိုေျပာတာပါ.ဒါေၾကာင္႔ပါ

Grasping in mind with clarity in making food, my mum wouldn’t eat if it is not satisfy her palate. This fried pork rib won’t differ. It must be coated with cakecrump. We usually dine at Yuzana Centre when we go out, as the restaurant offers my mum’s favorite fried pork ribs coated with cakecrump. The sauce that comes with it (soy sauce, garlic, coriander) is good too. By the way, we are not related to Yuzana U Htay Myint, worrying with the thought that you might think we interfere with commercial advertisement.  Just that it is my mum’s favorite.

ဝက္နံ႐ိုးေၾကာ္ပါဝင္ပစၥည္းမ်ား( လူေလးေယာက္စာ)/Contents of fried pork ribs (4 servings)
-ဝက္နံ႐ိုး ၈၀၀ ဂရမ္/-Pork Ribs 800g
-ၾကက္ဥ ၃လုံး/-3 eggs
-မုန္႔ေျခာက္ ၅ ခု ေထာင္းထားျပီး/-crushed dried cake 4 pieces
-ဆား၊ ၾကက္သားမႈန္႕/- salt, chicken power
-ဂ်င္း/-Ginger

     ဝက္နံ႐ိုးကို ဆား၊ ၾကက္သားမႈန္႕၊ဂ်င္းနဲ႔ျပဳတ္ထားပါ။    

Boil the pork ribs with salt, chicken power and ginger.

 ၾကက္ဥကိုခေလာက္ထားပါ/whisk the eggs

မုန္႔ေျခာက္ ၅ ခု ေထာင္းထားပါ

Crush the 5 pieces of dried crispy cakes.

စားခါနီးမွ ဒီလိုေၾကာ္ပါ။

Just before serving, fry it like that.

ဝက္နံ႐ိုးကို ၾကက္ဥမွာ ႏွစ္လိုက္ပါ။

Soak the pork ribs with whisked eggs

 ျပီးရင္မုန္႔ေျခာက္မႈန္႕ေတြနဲ႔ကပ္ျပီးေၾကာ္ပါ

Then, coat it with crushed cakes and fry.

 

ဒါဆိုအရသာရွိတဲ႔ဝက္နံ႐ိုးေၾကာ္ေလးရပါျပီ။

Then, you will be helping a delicious fried pork ribs.

ဘိတ္ခ်ဥ္က အိသက္အေမရဲ႕အၾကိဳက္ဆုံးအခ်ဥ္၊ ကိုယ္တိုင္လဲအရမ္းၾကိဳက္တယ္။ အခ်ဥ္လုပ္နည္းေလး ေရးလိုက္မယ္ေနာ္။ လြယ္လြယ္ေလးပါေနာ္။

As the sauce comes with it called “bate chin”, is not just my mum top sauce, but my favourite as well. So, I will also share the recipe as it is pretty simple to make it.

တ႐ုတ္ငံျပာရည္(soy sauce)စားပြဲတင္ဇြန္း ၇ ဇြန္း/Soy sauce  7 table spoons

-သၾကား စားပြဲတင္ဇြန္းတဝက္/-half a table spoon of sugar

– င႐ုတ္သီးစိမ္းစိတ္/-chopped small green chilli

-ၾကက္သြန္ျဖဴစိတ္ ၊/-chopped garlic

-နံနံပင္ဓါးႏုတ္ေပါက္ ၊/-minced coriander

– ၾကက္သားမႈန္႕ စားပြဲတင္ဇြန္းတဝက္/-half a spoon of chicken powder

-သံပရာရည္နဲနဲ စားပြဲတင္ဇြန္းတဝက္/-hald a spoon of fresh lime juice

 ႏွမ္းဆီ၂စက္/-2 drops is sesame oil

အဲဒါေတြအားလုံးေရာလိုက္ရင္ရပါျပီ။

Mix all the ingredients together to finish up.
