ၾကက္သား ၾကာဇံေၾကာ္/Fried Chicken Rice Noodles


ဒီေန႔ ၾကာဇံေၾကာ္ ေၾကာ္ျဖစ္တယ္ အလုပ္ထဲကိုယူသြားဖို႔ပါ၊ လူအေယာက္ ၂၀ စာေၾကာ္ရတယ္၊ ၂ဗန္းစာေပါ့။ အမ်ိဳးသားကို ကားေမာင္းျပီးလိုက္ပို႔ ခိုင္းရတယ္၊မသယ္ႏိုင္လို႔ေလ၊ မနက္ ၆နာရီခဲြ ကားရွင္းေနေတာ့ အလုပ္ကို ၁နာရီေစာ ေရာက္သြားတယ္ ၊ေကြ်းခ်င္ဦးဟဲ႔ ။
ဒါကေၾကာ္ျဖစ္ပုံဇာတ္လမ္းပါ။ ၾကက္ဥေၾကာ္မစားတဲ႔သူေတြပါလို႔ၾကက္ဥေၾကာ္ မထဲ႔ဘူးေနာ္။ ေၾကာ္နည္းေရးေတာ့မယ္ေနာ္ . ေရးေပးထားတဲ႔အခ်ိဳးက၅ေယာက္စာပဲေနာ္

I have fried rice noodles today to take it to work. I did that for 20 people, about 2 large trays. As I couldn’t carry it myself, I made my husband drive early in the morning around 6.30 am when there was less traffic, I got to work 1 hour prior to my starting time, damn generosity 🙂 That was a brief story behind for this fried rice noodle. There were some people who didn’t eat eggs so no eggs in my fried noodle. Now, I am going to write the recipe for 5 servings.

ပါဝင္ပစၥည္းမ်ား

-ၾကက္သား mince  ၅၀၀ ဂရမ္
-ၾကက္သြန္နီတလုံးလီႇးထား
-ၾကက္သြန္ျမိတ္ အနဲငယ္လီႇးထား
– မုန္လာဥနီႏွစ္လုံး ( အမ်ႇင္ျခစ္ထားျပီး)
-ေဂၚဖီ ပါးပါးလီႇးထား ( စြတ္ျပဳတ္ပန္ကန္လုံးတလုံးစာ)
– ပဲပင္ေပါက္ ( စြတ္ျပဳတ္ပန္ကန္လုံးတလုံးစာ)
-ပဲငံျပာရည္အၾကည္ စားပြဲတင္ဇြန္း ၃ဇြန္း
-ပဲငံျပာရည္အေနာက္ စားပြဲတင္ဇြန္း ၂ဇြန္းခြဲ
-သၾကား စားပြဲတင္ဇြန္း ၁ဇြန္း
-ဆား၊ ၾကက္သားမႈန္႕ အနဲငယ္

Contents

-mince chicken 500g
-slice one onion
-chop a few spring onion
-two carrots peeled
-slice a soup bowl of cabbage
-sprouts required a soup bowl size
-3 table spoons of soy sauce (clear)
-2 and half table spoons of thick soy sauce
-1 table spoon of sugar
-salt and chicken powder as required

  ပထမဆုံး ပဲငံျပာရည္အေနာက္ နဲနဲရယ္၊ ေလးရယ္နဲ႔ အသားေလးေတြကိုေၾကာ္လိုက္ပါ

Firstly, fry the mince chicken with thick soy sauce and clear soy sauce.

 အသားက်က္ျပီဆိုရင္ ၾကက္သြန္နီ ထဲ႔ပါမယ္ ( အစတည္းကထဲ႔ရင္ အရမ္းႏြမ္းသြားမွာစိုးလို႔ပါ)

Once the mince chicken are cooked, put the sliced onions in (if you fried the onions at the first stage, you would get over-cooked look onion, that’s why)

   ျပီးရင္  မုန္လာဥနီႏွစ္လုံး၊ ေဂၚဖီ ပါးပါးလီႇးထားတာတို႔ကို ေရာပါမယ္ ပဲငံျပာရည္အေနာက္ ၊အၾကည္ တို႔ကိုပါေရာေၾကာ္ပါမယ္

Then, mix with two carrots(already peeled into noodle like strings), thinly sliced cabbage. Add thick soy sauce as well as clear soy sauce.

  ပဲပင္ေပါက္ကိုလဲ မႏြမ္းေအာင္  မုန္လာဥနီႏွစ္လုံး၊ ေဂၚဖီ ျပီ:မွထဲ႔ပါမယ္..

Add sprouts after carrots and cabbage in order to get a fresh look.

   ၾကာဇံထဲ႕ျပီးသၾကားဆား၊ ၾကက္သားမႈန္႕ အနဲငယ္တို႕ကို ပဲငံျပာရည္အၾကည္ အေနာက္ နဲနဲစီထဲ႔ ၊ ၾကာဇံႏူးေအာင္ေရ နဲနဲေတာက္ျပီးေၾကာ္   ၾကက္သြန္ျမိတ္ေလးျဖဴး ၊  five spice powder  ေလးနဲနဲျဖဴးျပီးရင္ အရသာရွိတဲ႔ ၾကာဇံေၾကာ္ရပါျပီ။

Finally, add the rice noodle, sugar, salt, chicken powder, clear soy sauce then sprinkle a bit of water to get a soft texture to the noodle, scatter the sliced spring onions and five spice powder, then there you are, a tasty fried chicken rice noodles.

  1. ေက်းဇဴးတင္ပါတယ္ မအိသက္ ေရ ။ လူ ၂၀ စာအတြက္ ၾကာဆံ ဘယ္ႏွစ္ထုတ္ ထည့္ရမလဲ သိခ်င္ပါတယ္ ။
