ၾကက္ဥေလးေတြကိုေသခ်ာခေလာက္ျပီး ႏို႔စိမ္း သၾကားတို႔နဲ႔ေရာလိုက္ပါ၊ ဆားအနဲငယ္ထဲ႔ပါေနာ္ ခ်ိဳခ်ိဳစိမ့္စိမ့္ ေလးျဖစ္ေအာင္လို႔ပါ၊
At Yangon house, we usually have this as an afternoon snack. Kids love it too. My elder sister is the best cook for this as we enjoyed it more she fried. Not difficult. The contents in fried bread soaked with egg are, 4 slices of bread, 4 eggs, 4tbl spoons of evaporated milk, 2tbl spoons of sugar and a bit of salt. Whisk the eggs properly with evaporated milk and sugar and a bit of salt to get a rich taste.
ျပီးရင္ ေပါင္မုန္႕ေလးေတြကို ၾကက္ဥရည္ထဲ ႏွစ္ျပီး ဒယ္မႇာဆီနဲနဲ နဲ႔ေၾကာ္ပါ။
ေရႊဝါေရာင္သန္းလာရင္ ဆီစစ္စကၠဴေပၚ တင္ထားပါ၊ ျပီးရင္ ေလးေထာင့္ေလးညွပ္ ျပီး သၾကား (သို႔ ) ႏို႔စိမ္း နဲ႔ တို႔စားပါေနာ္
After the eggs are whisked, soak the whole bread slice into it and fry them in shallow frying pan with a little of oil. Once it turns goldish, put in on top of the kitchen towel to soak away the oil. Then cut it into 4 pieces and enjoy with sugar or evaporated milk dip.
